My fabulous husband loves making pie–strawberry-rhubarb pie to be exact. For Mother’s Day, he visited his mother and made two–that’s right: TWO–strawberry-rhubarb pies. He brought home the second one and it is delicious! No matter how bad my day is, strawberry-rhubarb pie will set me free from those stresses, if only for a while.
